They did send me a check for the difference from what our bill was. They were very friendly. I'm glad I didn't have to dispute the charge.
Came here for my birthday back in January had a great experience with the hibachi show I guess I should call it. Generous amount of food and great friendly service
Food and service were great! Ambiance was nice looking over the water! Had a great time with friends during the holidays enjoying our sushi!! Server was attentive to our needs to!
The restaurant was not too busy the day after Christmas, so seating was pretty quick. The waiters and attendants were all very nice and polite. The food portions are rather large and we did not mind at all! The sushi was not bad and the Saba was really full of flavor. Overall the atmosphere, customer service, the food portion and taste left me pleasantly surprised as I was not expecting much after having had not so good food experiences in the downtown area. It's a nice and quiet space with a wonderful view.
Disclaimer I came here about five years ago. This restaurant offers a panoramic view of the bay. Along with a boardwalk to walk at after feeling a bit stuffed for the evening. I prefer to order from their specials menu, the last two times I ordered I had sushi, which usually never disappoints. I have yet to try their Japanese teppanyaki tables, plus sake & other drinks. I recently learned that Bayfront restaurant not only offers a restaurant but also has a vacation & executive rentals for those water lovers. I have yet to go back because I can see that they renovated the space to look more modern and clean.
